Warm-up on the Beastmaker 1000

  • Estimated warm-up level: 5 to 7b

  • When it becomes difficult, assist yourself with a foot or through a pulley system

  • Implement this routine in every workout session. Take a break every fourth week

  • Rest periods may be extended, but should not be shortened

We have devised a warm-up plan recommended by Egor Kryachkov for all climbers before they begin their climbing activities.

Your task is to perform exercises that progressively increase in difficulty. Start with the exercises that feel comfortable, and as you approach more challenging ones, continue by unloading some of the effort using your foot or a pulley system.

This type of warm-up will help you ease into active grip training. Remember, the warm-up should not feel overly strenuous. If the initial exercises are too difficult, this warm-up may not be appropriate for your current level.
